As much as we loved using Monday Sales CRM, there were a few limitations that we came across throughout our research.

For instance, Monday’s free version of this product doesn’t include all the features that come with its paid plans like unlimited boards, lead scoring, sales analytics and forecasting, account management, and synchronization with Google Calendar.

This means that users who need access to these advanced features for the overall success of their business will have to scale up their plans, which could be difficult and frustrating for those on a tight budget.

After you create a password and input your name, it will ask you about your job and the reason you are looking to use the service.

Monday Sales CRM’s prioritized customer support is available to help you with any questions or issues that you come across.

Its sales reps can be contacted via email, live chat, or phone. However, it is important to keep in mind that the live chat feature is only accessible Monday-Friday between 2 AM and 6 PM, while the phone option is reserved for billing issues only.

When we ran into a problem, we chose to contact them by email, which created a ticket with a quoted wait time of up to 10 hours.

Although, it could potentially take longer for someone to respond if they are experiencing a high volume of requests.

With that said, the platform also provides a detailed knowledge base with tutorial videos and articles for users to parse through if they need faster results.

Even though the platform’s customer service was slow to respond and could be improved, we were thoroughly impressed with the detailed knowledge base, which helped us resolve our problems quickly.
